Dr. Humberto Espinosa is an experienced orthodontist with over 26 years in the dental field and a strong commitment to airway-focused, patient-centered care. He earned his dental degree from Universidad Americana in Nicaragua and completed advanced specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Instituto Nacional de Ortodoncia y Ortopedia Maxilar in Guadalajara, Mexico. He further expanded his clinical education through advanced training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami.
Dr. Espinosa is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while addressing the connection between oral health, airway function, jaw development, TMJ health, and overall well-being. He remains at the forefront of modern orthodontics through continuing education and advanced treatment techniques, including skeletal expansion and airway-centered orthodontic care.
Known for his compassionate approach and dedication to excellence, Dr. Espinosa believes every patient deserves personalized treatment tailored to their unique needs. Outside the office, he enjoys playing pickleball, supporting his children in sports, spending time with his family, and caring for his dog, Lucas. He is fluent in Spanish and continues to develop his French language skills.
