Dr. Humberto Espinosa comes from a family of dentists with over 26 years of experience in the field. He earned his dental degree from Universidad Americana in Nicaragua in 1999 and completed advanced training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Instituto Nacional de Ortodoncia y Ortopedia Maxilar in Guadalajara, Mexico, in 2001. He furthered his clinical education through Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami in 2003.

Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Dr. Espinosa has lectured and taught in Nicaragua, Mexico, and beyond. He believes dentistry goes far beyond caring for teeth. It requires understanding how oral health connects to overall well-being, including airway health, jaw development, TMJ, tongue posture, and the relationship between the mouth, neck, and surrounding structures. His approach is rooted in holistic care, focusing on the needs of the whole patient.
Outside the office, Dr. “E” enjoys staying active, including playing pickleball, and values quality time with his family. He proudly supports his children as they compete in soccer and football and loves spending time with his dog, Lucas.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Espinosa continues to develop his French language skills and enjoys connecting with people from diverse cultures.
